Vox Telecom - Terrible service and not very knowledgeable support service!

One Star from me! - VOX Telecoms service has declined over the last year unfortunately (2021 -2022) from my experience. They used to be excellent with their service and problem solving. Not so anymore! I contacted them via help VOX Telecoms service has declined over the last year unfortunately (2021 -2022). They used to be excellent with their service and problem solving. Not so anymore.! on 12/10/2022 and have had no reply its now 14/10/2022. I asked for a supervisor to phone me, no responce@ I phooned in tiwice and waited for a supervisor on the phone, no responce. I phoned back 14/10/2022 for FTTH support. I waited 14 minutes and no one picked up the phone to talk to me. I am getting very disappointed with VOX. I have used them ever since internet was available and am seriously thinking of leaving them now.
