Vox Telecom - terrible customer service

Your customer service is terrible and your contracts are not inline with that is told to your customers. Your consultants do not understand the cancellation policy and it comes across as if you just want to do your clients in by charging and exorbitant cancellation fee and not provide your clients with the proper assistance they require. I will never refer any of my friends, family or clients to Vox and I am going to lodge a complaint against Vox at the National Consumer Commission.
