Vox Telecom - Technical support let down!!

I logged a technical query (Wi-Fi connection not functioning) with Vox Telecoms on the 10th July @ 19:30 - it’s now 11th July @ 13:00 and still no follow up from technical team? No sms verification to confirm attendance to the problem? Why can Vox not deliver a basic service?
