Vox telecom suckes.
Once my box was updated it stopped working after a couple of hours. I reported it to Vox who could only respond with a Ticket and a waiting time of 24 - 72 hours. Terrible service well to be frank : No Service. Luckily I call TT Conect and they were super and sorted me out within 24 hours. and on a Public Holiday.
