Vox Telecom - street service is better than what they could ever offer. The ****tiest customer servoce EVER!!!!!!! They are even worse than Vodacom - and Vodacom was the ****tiest ever. after today Vox is my new ****pest ever.

The Worst Ever, i have been trying to log a query for a product that i don't want but I haven't received any feedback as yet. They never call, I have to buy airtime all the time to call them. A lady i spoke to was supposed to transfer me to someone which she said was available, i ended up holding for 15 minutes just for the call to be dropped in my ear. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They simply suck at customer service and do not reply with feedback.
