Vox telecom *****ing my money!

I ordered Fibre with Vox at the beginning of last month. they kept delaying on the order and were not communicating, they even at some point created 2 separate orders for my unit, further delaying the process. eventually last week I got fed up and called to cancel my order. they did so without telling me that they would charge a fee. now today they are sending me an invoice for R2700 saying they are charging for early cancellation. where as they did not even provide a service , never even been to my apartment once with any service. This company is a **** and must be exposed!!!
