Vox telecom. Something seriously wrong with this business

In October 2020 I received an advert from vox advertising fiber in my area. I checked the coverage on their website and it said that fiber is available. I proceeded to place an order for an uncapped fiber for R 1049 per month. They contacted me and asked for RICA docs which I submitted. To date I have not received a single message from vox on my order. When I try to cancel the order on the website it doesn’t allow you to. I called them to cancel and the call center agent said he will cancel and escalate. Still no response and no cancellation. My credit card details are on the system and order still shows as on progress. These guys are seriously useless and it’s almost impossible to cancel the order despite no response.
