Vox Telecom seems to be fruadulent
Im so disappointed with the service i'm receiving when i signed with the company i was told my installment will be R299 monthly, now my suscription was terminated they told me i'm owing more than R700 yet i always paid R300, to my surprise i agreed to install this because it was on special R299 now the lady who assisted me to open the account, vox team claim they dont have any agent by that name, i got to an agreement with *****ulent company if they dont know the agent how did they sign me in , install and be able to bill me??

Its been over 2 weeks waiting for your response, whats the turn around time for me to get response, this is totaly un acceptable i cannot be paying more than what i have agreed to pay yet you advised you dont know the person i suscribed with to me its a day light *******
