VOX Telecom ****

I received a 1000GB voucher from VOX Telecom with my Samsung TV in April 2015. This voucher was supposed to last for 12 months. I registered it on their website in June 2015, but I never got around to using it and I lost my login details along the way.. Now VOX tells me that they can't find me on their system and that I don't have an account with them. Also, they can't create a profile for me, as they very recently closed the promotion (this cut off date was not mentioned anywhere on the box packaging upon purchase of the TV). Seeing as VOX has very recently closed this promotion, they have probably deleted my profile so that they don't have to give me the data I am entitled to. It is completely ridiculous that I cannot claim my 1000GB promotion, that is supposed to last a full year, within a few months of receiving it!! Either VOX's system is pathetic or they're trying to **** people! I will be contacting ICASA tomorrow to sort this matter out.<br> <br> I would strongly discourage anyone from dealing with VOX, as they will most likely find a way to **** you out of your data.
