VOX Telecom Satellite Connection

Thinking of getting satellite internet from VOX Telecom? Think again….. Here’s my experience I had with them. Let me save you from making a huge mistake. If you're considering VOX Telecom for satellite internet, don’t fall for their empty promises. From the start, the experience was a disaster. Their so-called “solution” came with unbearable latency—so bad that even a snail would be faster. When I complained, their response was a dismissive, “Satellite connections have high latency.” No matter how many tickets I logged or how many managers I escalated to, nothing improved. In fact, the connection was so slow it made 30-year-old dial-up modems look fast. But it didn’t stop there—eventually, I had no connection at all for more than 21 days. According to their own contract, this qualifies as “no service,” which means I had the right to cancel. So, I did. And guess what? VOX Telecom then demanded R30,000 as a cancellation fee—yes, thirty thousand rand for a service they failed to provide. If you enjoy endless frustration, throwing your money away, and dealing with the worst service imaginable, go ahead—sign up with VOX Telecom. Otherwise, stay far, far away.
