I requested a connection that took forever to materialize. Month to month contract, on cancellation after 6 months I'm told about an early cancellation fee which is nowhere in the contract. Can't understand the link between 12 months and month to month contract.

They're saying it was promotion time when they connected me I've not app**** based on any promotional products. I don't even know the conditions of their promotion and it's stated nowhere in my contract that I cannot cancel within 12 months.
