Vox Telecom refusing to take responsibility for uncollected hardware

I followed all proper procedures and gave Vox notice of my move, making the hardware available for collection. They failed to collect it during the notice period, never informed me that the collection attempt had failed, and only sent a PostNet ticket months later in April: long after I had vacated, making it impossible for me to return the hardware myself since I no longer had access to the property.

Vox then told me on 29 July 2025 that management would be in touch to assist with this issue: yet to date, I have heard nothing.

Now, Vox is trying to make me pay for their mistake. This is completely unacceptable. I fulfilled my obligations, yet they refuse to take responsibility and are demanding payment for something that is entirely their fault. I’ve offered the landlord’s contact for collection, but their team won’t act. Vox needs to fix this without trying to pass the buck.
