Vox Telecom quick home internet response.

So in my search to find the perfect location for my router location, I forgot how close to the edge I left the router, and yip, it ended on the floor, in pieces. This happened after 6. I phoned Vox, hopefully to order a new router, the service desk was awesome and helped my memory on that I could in the meantime setup my PC as a hotspot. the following morning a technician was on site and 10 minutes later left with the network up and running again. I even got a call from the service desk to make sure everything was 20/20......
