vox telecom poor service

Moving fibre from one residence to another has become a painstaking process. Vox sent the wrong infrastructure company the first time and after they have installed everything they realised they are not the company that should install it on the premises. It was on me to phone and tell them who the provider is.

After sorting this they have now after 20 phone calls not been able to understand the issue. Vox have to cancel the current residence contract and open a new contract for a new residence. They end up sending me a new contract for the old address. It has now been two days on the phone to solve this.

Eventually getting through to representatives they transfer me around like a football ball and the last person does not answer and I end up having to go through the whole process again. Telling the same 5 min explanation to three people again and again.

They have disappointed me never mind the continuous connection issues.
