Vox Telecom poor service experience!

This is just a review of the company entitled Vox Telecom as I've been a client of theirs since the beginning of 2019 to date and I have had reasonable (not great) service regarding their cellc package. First of all the speeds were not that great with me often having to move my router around to get a signal until i decided to purchase a high gain antenna to fix the issue which helped a ton with my signal and low speed issues and all was well for a while until recently... I've experienced a complete drop in connection throughout the day with short periods of connectivity during the day and at night i would see a slight improvement. This however, was not a signal problem, as I have a strong 4g signal according to my router and trying different routers did not fix the issue. Eventually I contacted vox and come to find out I am not on the cell c package even though my sim card is a cell c simcard and my billing information shows that i am being charged for the cell c package. They claim that there is no signal for cellc in my area and that I am signed up with RAIN instead and that the reason I've been experiencing issues with my internet is because rain has decommissioned towers in my area and that i have to take up my issues directly with rain. The Fact that they could not inform me of this, continue to charge me for a service that does not work and then have the gall to charge me a cancellation fee.... no.
