Vox Telecom poor service

I am seriously disappointed in the service by Vox Telecom. The internet service is either slow, hanging or not working. I reported gor assistance on their grlpddsk email a week and a half with no assistance. The lost tinder us not worth staying with their shoddy service.

I sent many emails to your help desk email since last week with no avail. I do not even know if that help desk is manned at all since I am yet to ge helped.
