Vox Telecom Poor Service

If slow and disinetersted was a company, it would be Vox Telecom. They do not provide feedback unless prompted. Even then , slow.

You have to call and follow up to hear what is happening.

To think I cancelled my existing service provider, Afrihost for this poor service.

I changed because they were cheaper and had better options.

To my sorrows - Cheap isn't always better!

I regret making the change and would not recommend anyone using Vox Telecom as a service provider. I app**** for services on 12 November. Today is 4th December and still no service. Please avoid this company at all costs.
