Vox Telecom; Poor first impression

I have placed an order for fibre with Vox Telecom through their online portal. Vox Telecom requested the upload of certified copy of my ID. After going to the Carletonville Police Station on 29 Nvember 2022 and following the long queue, I managed to get a certified copy and upload to the Vox Telecom portal. The ID certified at the Carletonville Police Station has been rejected by Vox Telecom saying that " Please note the following information needs to reflect legibly on a commissioner of oaths stamp: Name and Surname, Designation, Address and Certified a True Copy of Original". The certified copy is signed, includes the designation together with the date and stamp of the Carletonville Police Station, Not a good start with Vox Telecom and not sure how to satisfy Vox Telecom criteria now!
