Vox telecom: pathetic service

I previously described the companies inability to sort out their billing, *****ing money from my bank account, well 5(five) months later after at least 7 e-mails the situation is still the same! I cancelled a service in Jan 2020 but still being charged for the cancelled service in June 2020.
