Vox Telecom Pathetic customer service
I have received the most pathetic service from Vox. Long and short I paid my latest invoice which was my normal R699 plus R99 for my new UPS I ordered, so in total I paid R798 as they confirmed. Then all of the sudden I receive a suspension notice saying I need to pay an additional R63 which is pro rata for the UPS. I queried this and even said they could add this amount to my next invoice as I have already made the R798 payment not being aware of the pro rata. I receive an email basically saying I need to pay up or I will be suspended. In response I requested on the 6th of June that a manager contacts me to resolve this issue. I have heard nothing and have not been contacted since. When I wake up this morning my services are suspended because of a R63 pro rata for a dam UPS. Now logically I have paid my internet in full, I have paid my UPS in full. How are you not able to put a R63 onto my next invoice?? The fact that you even charge a pro rata for a piece of hardware is ridiculous because you have no way of knowing when it was installed because I had to install in myself........ I am going to be canceling my service because these peoples sorry excuse for customer service is pathetic. I have had Vox at two seperate properties and been with them for many years but this is the last straw.

Thank you for your patience whilst this matter was being investigated.
Kindly note that we have received confirmation from the Accounts team that the billing query has been resolved.
Due to necessary changes in the billing environment, your account will only be unsuspended once the payment has been allocated to your account.
A proof of payment or immediate EFT payment will not lift a suspension on your account until the payment has been allocated.
Do note that payments may take up to 24 hours to be allocated to your account.
To avoid unnecessary delays in activation of services, we urge you to make use of the Vox Customer Portal or Vox App to make payments for Cash Accounts.
We furthermore recommend that you consider a Debit Order payment method instead of a Cash Payment.
Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us on *** or email ***
