VOX TELECOM - PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been trying to get my vox application approved to get my fibre package connected and it had been a nightmare. I cannot even get through the RICA stage because they keep asking for documents that I submitted at the very beginning. Kineshan, the ‘sales executive’ that first assisted in my application is MIA. Such terrible customer service, it is unbelievable!!!! You keep calling back to get assistance, no joy!!! I am so disappointed with their service. The best part is, I am chasing them to take my money for their service where is the logic in that!!!! And good luck to anyone who tries to get the assistance of a manager, they never answer their phones let alone return a call. If you want efficient and reliable service do not go to VOX TELECOM
