Vox Telecom pathetic and shocking service!!!!
We have had our line disconnected since 1st of August 2020. This was disconnected in error by Vox Telecom, at their own admittance. They have done nothing to rectify this problem despite 10 calls per day requesting, begging for some kind of assistance to rectify this issue!!!! It is shocking service! Every person promises to call you back! We are paying for a service we are not receiving and losing business due to this as well as all our business is on-line!!!!!!!! I am desperate and have no where to turn!
