Vox Telecom or the sly slippery FOX?

We have sent VOX emails to support@vox and the help@vox emails without any, ANY, feedback. Also to the account email... They deduct the R9575.17 every month! Back-up to change our telephone system's divert is being done by using the exact same email addresses and working perfect. We vacated our offices due to financial reasons, and VOX is not showing up to collect/advise/assist in any way from 27/8?
