Vox Telecom not so highly recommended for service delivery

Not so great when it comes to service delivery as well.

Firstly I app**** for my fibre via you as you came highly recommended. Just to be placed in one of your queues where I do not get any help or assistance. In the end I get contacted by your staff and told to phone Vuma tel and to tell them they should allow you to assist with Fibre sales. When I phoned Vumatel they laughed and said it was not my work to do but the consultant from Vox.

Just then to wait again for about a week and to be told they cannot help me becuase fibre not yet active and then to see you on a corner here a day or 2 later promoting your business and trying to get people to sign up.
