Vox Telecom Not reliable Bad service
Vox Telecom is providing really awful service. I pay my account every single month without fail but they cannot answer emails nor telephone when you need assistance. My fibre connection is off without any notifications or curticy sms, email or anything. Its just off without warning. I'm very upset 😡 . Seriously considering a switch.
