VOX Telecom - Not recommended
I agree with other viewed ratings - VOX Telecom not recommended.
We have alerted VOX before the end of March that they will be our new service provider, but so far during the month of April, VOX has been a "no show".
The communication: This person will phone.... that modem needs to be ordered.... you were not available when we phoned.... and the list of excuses does not stop.
The only way to stay connected is costly cellular data packages across two mobile devices. This is not ideal, and as mentioned - costly. So while we wait on Vox, we are wasting our resources. 1 April to present has been a disaster.
Not a good start to any relationship.
