Vox Telecom - Not recommended
The home fibre connectivity is horrible. We upgrade to a 50meg line but mostly didn't even get 10meg. We had to report the weak and fluctuating signal 2-3 a week just to hopefully have some consistency. With at home businesses we had to move our contract to be able to obtain consistant connection. Now we are required to pay a R2500 cancellation fee for our "month-to-month, cancel any time" contract that are apparently installation fees.
The installation was a young man plugging in a router (that we gave back) to an already installed fibre line, using the fibre router form our previous contract. If the "installation" was max 30min it would be an over exaggeration.
Even after a dispute where I explained that the cancellation was solely because Vox couldn't provide what we required. The kept on just referring back to although this might be the case we still have to pay because we signed.
