VOX Telecom NOT RECOMENDED AT ALL!!!!!

Please be aware when dealing with VOX TELCOM, I cancelled the service in the begining of September and redacted the cancellation afetr I was sent a bill for R4149, which according to VOX staff was not supposed to be as I am over the cancellation period penalty. I left 4 mauls and 3 mesages for a lady called Tracey day which was supposed to redact the cancellation and never did. I received a mail on the 9th of October after back and forth mailing to confirm the redaction and refund to be processed. Today is the 21st of October and I have just received another mail stating that it will "pobably reflect on your next statement". So first of all they make a mistake, then they take the money from my account afetr I treid to correct the situation with countless emails, now they are earning interest on MY money and out me in a financially weak position!!!!! ALL BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
