Vox Telecom non-delivery

Finally I could not take it anymore. Been with Vox a few years. They NEVER could supply me with the service I PAY for which is 100 mbps down / 25 up load. Consistently delivered between 75 and maybe 85 - documented with speedtest.net on an ethernet connection (not wireless). And they just say "best speed delivered" and we do not offer a "SLA". They are not interested in finding a solution (up to Anton Liebenberg, Cape Town manager), but eager to take your money.

Recommend that people carefully evaluate their service before signing up or rather avoid them.

Should I go the CPA route?
