Vox telecom - no joy

We cancelled our services with Vox Telecom in November 2018, but they have kept on charging us until November 2019. We have tried everything to get our monies back but not even a proper reply on all the emails. Since the 6th of December helpdesk just says claim has been logged and waiting approval. Another quick to take your money business, but not way of getting it back. Another very very disppointed customer.
