VOX Telecom Nightmare

VOX Telecom has been, without a doubt, the most *********** service provider I have ever dealt with. Their complete lack of professionalism and accountability is staggering. No response to emails: Despite numerous attempts to resolve issues via email, they rarely, if ever, reply. Unavailable staff: If you phone them, the person supposedly assigned to your account is almost never available, and absolutely never calls back. Incorrect billing: They had the audacity to charge me for a full month’s service fee when I had no internet access at all — because they had already cancelled my internet! To make matters worse, they now refuse to reverse this blatantly incorrect charge. Their customer service is non-existent, their billing practices are disgraceful, and their reliability is laughable. I would honestly recommend dial-up internet from the 1990s over VOX — it would be less frustrating and probably more dependable.
