VOX TELECOM Neeresh Ganesh Excellent service

Due To No Wifi I contacted Vox Helpline on Tuesday 11th September 2024 and an awesome helpful consultant Neeresh Ganesh rep**** to my No Wifi query after a few questions back and forth Neeresh Ganesh suggested that he will get his technician onsite to my house . Wednesday afternoon 12th September 2024 their technician Russel Barns arrived at my house checked and reprogramed my router .What an awesome service .Two days and Wifi is back up and running.
