VOX Telecom NEEDS TO WAKE-UP

Vox simply do not seem interested in getting business. I have been sending e-mail after e-mail telling them I want to sign up. Even Vumatel contacted them to get me signed up. All I received was one e-mail asking me "how can we help" - AFTER they were clearly told exactly how to help - I even specified the package I would like to opt for and still no-one bothers to e-mail me back or phone me.

This makes me wonder - is Vox really going to give me any kind of decent service???

Our company also has Vox and we have had ENDLESS problems with them. Even through this, I still thought maybe as an individual I would not have these problems, but now look....

Vox - you need to start showing interest in customers and show that you actually WANT their business.
