Vox Telecom money making racket
I recently moved house and got a quote from Vox to move my service, well they DO NOT do moving it turns out.
Also when they quote they fail to mention it does NOT include the line setup only the setup of there router.....at R900 a pop for 5 minutes.
Had to pay another R 1700 to Vumatel which was never part of the quote AND the month to month , guess that's not true either, because I had to pay a extra Month R 907 on address 1 and another R 907 on my new address.
So BEFORE you move house and have Vox be very careful this disaster has cost me a extra R 2 600 so far and counting.
