Vox Telecom, may be the biggest mistake you make!
I wish I had the ability to intercept every single person who is considering using Vox Telecom for their fibre installations and as their service provider, so that I can share my entire experience with you and save you from making the biggest mistake ever. They have literally been billing me over a thousand rand a month for someone else's account as well as my account and even after acknowledging their error and promising to rectify and refund the amounts, the haven't done and they proceeded to debit my account for the other clients contract again last month. They never stick to their promises, don't have any regard for how their failure to deliver impacts ther client's business, schooling, work etc... their service is literally worse than any company I have ever dealt with and they make it impossible to speak to a senior manager. They simply tell you they will ask a senior manager to call you, which never happens. The one time that the senior manager responded, she didn't even have the decency, after all the failed service delivery, to speak to me, instead she what sapped her staff member saying, Please tell your client that.... " which he then forwarded that message to me. The message contained more promises which have never been honoured. Whomever reads this and still proceeds to use Vox, I have no sympathy for as I wish I had seen all the bad reviews before I signed up with them. I am now approaching the ombudsman and am even considering charges of negligent theft as they continued to ***** my money last month even after promising that it wont happen again and that they would refund the thousands of rands deducted from my account in error. The only reason I have not switched to another service provider is because they want to charge me a hefty penalty for early cancellation, despite the fact that the service is offline most of the time, this even their own staff acknowledged is pathetic and they apologised for, but it hasn't helped me.
