Vox Telecom legalised ****

To all people engaging with Vox for fiber month to month contract, be careful of the fine print on the contract that you do not get told when you are sold the service. The modem is advertised as free however you pay for it when the contract ends. I you do not take it back to them you pay R2000 penalty. The service is marketed as a month to month service however you are not told about the cancellation charges you had to pay an additional cancellation. Do not think that you can skip a month without paying. They will cancel your service and demand payment from you for a service you never received. Dont take this as a cancellation of your service. They will demand payment for the month whilst your service is cancelled and demand a cancellation fee over and above. Dont know what to call this business practice, it's a legalised ****, short of any words to describe it.
