VOX TELECOM LAIRS!

Hello, My name is Natasha, So to tell you a story, i signed up with Vox Last year 2018 in May they had a special running that if you sign up today you get 2 months free and free installation. This was at the boeremark in Bloemfontein. So my husband and i thought this was an amazing deal! Now in February we were only installed, which is okay, but they charged us for installation and monthly fee. We went to see the Manager and asked him what was going on, as were were informed that we had 2 months free, ( My husband even spoke to the tech support, they also said that we were supposed to have that special ) he said that is staff were incorrectly informed. How can 5 People say that we have 2 months free and the manager say that there was no such special running. Basically implying we are lying. Why would we make this "****" up.... Between the 13-26 Feb 2019 we were off more times than we were on. They debited my account for the amount 'OUTSTANDING' yet we can not been re-connected....... They are quick to say you owe them money and take your money. We paid what we 'OWED' them yet we still HAVE NO WIFI!! Which is now 6 days ago.

I regret signing up with Vox!!!
