Vox Telecom Lack of Feedback / No Internet

I have only been with VOX for a few Hours , or so , and I must be honest , your service is unacceptable when it comes to feedback

The Fibre that has been supposedly installed is not working , no internet connection , and yesterday I was promised by the tech that it would take max a few hours and it would be resolved

Now I have been trying to contact your so called Projects dept , but there has been no answer ( waited over 45 mins , more than once ) , don’t believe me , Ive attached a screen shot of the most recent call ..28 mins and still holding

I wish I had researched VOX before I actually signed up , as I can tell you that had I seen the reviews I have seen today , it would have been a very different story

I hope my account is not headed in the same direction
