Vox Telecom - lack of communication regarding order progress or status

I ordered Fibre for business from VOX and 3 weeks have passed - with the status still in 'provisioning'. I am unable to make contact with them via the numbers provided.

I would be satisfied with updates. Silence is not acceptable.
