Vox Telecom - Lack Luster Customer Service

The worst after sales service ever, the initial installation took 2 months to happen and now a simple request to change ownership of my current line and ordering a new line at a new address is taking countless emails being placed on hold by numerous agents for a minimum of 45minutes. The sales agents are very quick to sell you a package and promise smooth transitioning between migration however the actual process lacks communication and any assistance. And the we'll call you back on the customer care line is insufferable and completely pointless as they neither via call or email does matters get solved.
