Vox telecom is useless!!!

Vox is absoluteley pathetic!!! We moved into a new place and the previous tennant was with Vox. She had a month to month contract with them then cancelled her line on the 3rd of September. Seeing as she didn't cancel it at the end of August she accepted the fact that they asked her to pay for October and she paid another R600. We then moved in on the 30th of September. They asked her to pay another R1500 saying that she had to give 30 days notice?! On a prepaid month to month contract!!!! From both our sides we have been phoning trying to sort this out just to get them to release the line as we just want our Isp to be able to take over the line but nothing! Today is the 14th of October and they are still holding on to the line!!! Never ever go with Vox!!! Ever!!! They take your money, have no client service, and don't give what they promise in their own contracts!!! Very very frustrated!!! They should be ashamed!!!
