Vox Telecom is USELESS

Ladies and Gents, I please urge you to NEVER EVER EVER get Vox Telecom when installing fibre (or any internet) at your home. I have a line. I have a fibre ‘box’. They just need to move my account. For two weeks I’ve begged, pleaded, asked nicely. For a week, no internet. All the while I’m paying R1 500p/m, only to be to told that they’re still waiting on Vumatel (sub-contractors) to send out a technician. Waiting for more than a week now. I can’t do any of my work because of no internet.

My Contract is with Vox Telecom, NOT Vumatel. Vox Telecom are just passing the buck instead of actually doing something. They just could not care less.

The lack of customer care from Vox Telecom is an absolute disgrace. Hands down the WORST service I've ever experienced in South Africa.
