Vox Telecom is THE WORST SERVICE

Vox charged me with sending a technician to my house after I called and complained that there was no internet access. Spoke to a technician who said they would send a technician to my house to check modem. They then invoiced me and said nothing was wrong with my internet and charged me for technician and password change which they never told me would be charged. Then then stopped my internet service and hit me with a letter of demand.

**** VOX WORST WORST WORST service. Worse is the arrogant *********** staff. Do not use Vox save yourself
