Vox telecom is the worst ISP in the world
I have been fighting with vox since February after I cancelled with them as they still charged me extra after I cancelled and now they charged my over R5000 *******ly. Each month I get a statement and each month I respond about the charges and each month they phone me and each month nothing gets done. I will not speak to anyone there unless the director has ***** enough to phone me as no one of the staff is compliant enough to deal with this issue. I will never recommend them to anyone and will tell the world of the bad service from vox. A company like this should not even be allowed to be open and all staff it seems need training.
