Vox Telecom is the worst ISP
Our fibre line has been down since the 29th of May 2018. I receive no feedback and if I do not phone Vox, I hear nothing. Vox's only response is that it is their upstream service provider's fault. With every call I get told TT Connect will contact me which also never happens. The worst service I have ever experienced.
