VOX TELECOM IS THE BIGGEST ****

I want to warn all South African about this company called VOX, my good people never ever ever do business with this **** of company. Let me tell you my story, I once owned a company in Soweto and I called a guy called Thapie from VOX (agent) and that's when my nightmare started. They took months to load my application for Fiber and to make matter worse my landlord refuse to approve the installation. His manager called and told me that she will put my application on hold since my landlord is not approving my installation. The next thing I get an invoice or statement that I owe them R64 000. When I ask what for, I'm being told is for cancellation of fiber. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT, R64 000 FOR CANCELLATION FEE !!!! I was shocked to think that they did not even install it. My life was turned up side down. I was now getting letter of demand and their attorneys demanding the money. I phoned Thapie and his bunch of ****** explained that I did not cancelled the application and he told me that he will talk to them and come back to me. He never did and when I phone him he ignores my calls. Vox attorneys are sending me threating emails and I had to deal with it. The matter is still on as we speak. I hope their attorneys will resolve this madness or else I have to involve my attorneys.
