Vox Telecom is Terrible

Still waiting for Vox Telecom to come collect the wifi router after 7 months despite exhausting attempts from my behalf to get the device collected. I spent the last two weeks phoning everyday (plus the last 7 months of emailing and phoning) to get the device collected but no luck. I’ve been charged penalties and it was no fault of mine but due to their terrible courier selection and lack of service. Would definitely never recommend Vox Telecom to anyone because of their terrible client service. This is only the tip of the iceberg with my long list of issues with them.
