Vox Telecom is poor
I have being with vox for years but there are extenders on my contract that was paid off a long time ago but every month they deduct this money still i jave phoned many times they say they can see the amount but Nothing get done they need to pay me this money back but empty promises just given from vox

Kindly note that we have received confirmation that the sales team did attempt to assist , unfortunately we were unable to reach you on the nominated contact details on the account. However, SMS and email notices were sent to advise that we have not been able to make contact to accordingly.
