VOX TELECOM IS A ****. PLEASE STAY AWAY!

The worst Telecom provider!!! After using their service for 12 months, I decided to cancel my membership since I chose not to renew my lease. I gave them a 2-month notice in December 2020 for disconnection to take place on 31 Jan 2021. During that time, no one from fox contacted me and I only vacated the flat on 28 February 2021. They basically had an extra month to collect their equipment.

Since May they started contacting me asking me to pay for the modem that was left behind (which in fact was left behind by them) They claim that they supposedly phoned me and did not reach me. I gave them the contact details of the estate manager to facilitate access and allow them to retrieve their modem. Once again they supposedly could not get hold of her. The estate manager confirmed that she had never received a phone call from VOX. Once again to assist them, I gave them the email address of the estate manager but they do not want to email her for some odd reason and keep insisting that I must pay for the modem that "THEY" left behind.

Ironically, every time they call about the money that I supposedly owe them, they always reach me. but when it's technicians they can't reach me!!!

Let's assume that technicians could not indeed get hold of me, why didn't they leave a voice mail or even better send me an email? no voicemail was left and no email was sent.

VOX IS A ****. PLEASE STAY AWAY!
