VOX TELECOM IS A ****!!!!

Talk about being South Africa's leading ICT and Telecom company!!!!! What totally lies! The last I have heard from these people is when I received a welcoming email with a letter. Since then a month ago, I have not been given any update on my order or when the installation is taking place. Come on, guys, it is the 21st century, you can not be in the ICT business and been tortorius slow on your delivery. I would not recommend VOX to anyone, not even my worst enemy deserves such poor customer services and non-delivery. VOX TELECOM IS A **** PEOPLE!!!
